By Airplain:
Train station (Regionalbahnhof ) Platform 1. At the vending machine choose Direction number 50. S-Bahn number 8 or 9- Direction: Main train station. At the Main train station take the exit south.
A taxi from the airport takes 20 minutes and cost about 25 Euro.
