From Cebu airport, the complete transfer can be organized by Bohol Sea Resort (see price list) or one takes simply a taxi to the pier. There are 2 piers (Pier 1 and Pier 4) where goes fast ferries to Bohol. All ferries take about 90 minutes to Tagbilaran.
In Tagbilaran many taxis and tricycles are waiting which bring you for about 400-600 Pesos (6-8 Euro) to the Bohol Sea Resort. All taxi drivers speaks a good English and the transfer is normaly very easy.
