Amora Lake Resort Okawa Bay (New name of Duxton) is located 17 kms from the heart of Rotorua on State Highway 33. To reach the hotel from Rotorua, follow the signs for State Highway 30 to Whakatane and Tauranga. Take Te Ngae Dr and follow this for 15 minutes. Rotorua Airport is on the left-hand side of the road and the Amora Lake Resort Okawa Bay (New name of Duxton) is 5 minutes beyond the airport on the right-hand side of the road. The turn off for the hotel is located just past Okawa Bay Rd on the right-hand side.

Children up to the age of 12 years sharing the same room and using exsisting bedding are FOC. Children up to 12 years of age and requiring a roll away will be charged the extra person rate.

Meals for children up to 3 years of age are FOC. Children aged from three to 12 years are provided with meals at 50% of the normal rates.
